About E.F. Hutton & Co.
The senior banker who wins a mandate executes it. We are selective about the mandates we accept.
We place securities through our own institutional distribution and manage pricing, allocation, and aftermarket support in-house.
A public company raising equity, financing receivables, and pursuing an acquisition works with one senior banker across all three.
Our institutional relationships span the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America, extending the investor base available to small-cap offerings.
Our leadership team is committed to delivering strategic insight and innovative financing solutions that drive client success, developing tailored capital strategies and navigating complex financial landscapes to unlock growth.
