Investment Banking & Capital Markets
E.F. Hutton & Co. is a full-service investment bank and broker-dealer headquartered in New York City, serving corporations, financial sponsors, and institutional investors across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. Through our specialized divisions, we apply deep market expertise to provide advisory, capital raising, and financing solutions that seek to unlock opportunity, accelerate growth, and create enduring value at every stage of the capital lifecycle.
Emerging growth and middle-market companies deserve the same caliber of execution and strategic guidance as the world’s largest issuers.
For more than a century, the E.F. Hutton name has been synonymous with trusted financial advice, entrepreneurship, and leadership in the capital markets. Founded in 1904, E.F. Today, E.F. Hutton & Co. is building on that legacy through a modern, diversified platform, providing a comprehensive range of investment banking and capital markets services across specialized divisions and delivering integrated solutions at every stage of the capital lifecycle. Guided by the same commitment to client service and disciplined execution that defined the E.F. Hutton name, we continue to help companies and investors navigate today’s evolving capital markets.
