Hutton, Mr. Forte held senior roles at Maxim Group LLC and Dawson James Securities, where he focused on navigating complex regulatory frameworks while delivering tailored capital solutions aligned with issuer objectives. Mr. Forte holds a Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University.
