Duncan B. Swanston has been President of E.F. Hutton & Co. since April 2022. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Swanston has successfully structured and executed transactions totaling more than $22 billion in proceeds, helping public and private clients secure long-term, flexible capital to meet their strategic objectives. His expertise spans a wide range of financing solutions, including: Structured Finance, Asset-Backed Finance, Project Finance, Debt and Equity Private Placements, Investment-Grade and Sub-Investment-Grade Fixed Income, Securitizations, and Capital Markets Advisory. Mr. Swanston has held senior roles at global and boutique financial institutions, including CGA Capital, where he served as Managing Director, and began his career as an Analyst at RBS Greenwich Capital in their Global Banking and Markets division. Mr. Swanston earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
