Hutton & Co., based in Chicago, with over 30 years of experience in debt capital markets and investment banking, advising clients across a broad range of industries and capital structures, including Renewable Energy & Sustainable Infrastructure, Public-Private Partnerships, Controlled Environment Agriculture, Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Insurance, and Equipment Leasing & Specialty Finance. He has a proven track record of structuring innovative financings, including the first securitization of church mortgage loans in the United States, as well as monetization strategies utilizing insurance-based credit enhancement and other structured solutions. Mr. Gadouas holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
